Should injustice from those in positions of unbridled power come as a shock to us, when it is the only way that the world has been from the beginning of 'civilisation'?

Yes, it should, time and again come as a shock to us, it should repel us, and we must want to change it,

if not anything else, at least the want to change it should exist. 

I live in a putrid country where the want to change it is completely non-existent among those who have the liberty or luxury to even think about these things. 

And the rest are just trying to make ends meet.
